C.Saucy gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached and no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains within 14 days of original purchase. In order to receive a full-refund or complete an exchange, the buyer must complete the form on our Returns page.

You will typically see a credit to your account within 5-10 business days from the date the refund was issued. This is an approximate time and will vary depending on what bank you use.
Unfortunately, if an item is on sale that means it is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from time of purchase unless marked “Pre-Order.” Please know that we always do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All domestic orders $100+ ship FREE.
Unfortunately we can only guarantee to ship your order within the time frame that our shipping policy outlines. We do offer varying shipping speeds for you to choose from at checkout. We ask that you adhere to our shipping policy and allow us the designated handling time.

Once your package leaves our hands, unfortunately we no longer have control over it. We suggest you contact your local post office for further information.

In most cases, because we ship out orders so quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any orders. That being said, we encourage you to reach out immediately email@example.com if any part of your order was incorrect or made in error. We will always do what we can to assist you.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If for some reason your order was incorrect or something is missing, contact us within 3 days of receiving your items to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.

Great question! We understand how easy it can be to miss end dates on a sale, but unfortunately out of fairness to all of our customers we are not able to extend sales + promotions beyond the end date or apply to past or future purchases. This means we will not be able to give sale pricing or refund shipping on items already purchased before the sale begins or after it ends. Since we all love a good sale, make sure you are the first to hear about them by subscribing to our newsletter!

Sign up to be notified once the item is back in stock! Under each product that is sold out, you can request to be sent a text message or an email once we have restocked.
Due to the nature of us being an online-only store, we are only able to send electronic gift cards. If you would like to purchase the gift card for someone else but have it sent to you, enter your email address instead of the recipient’s email address. This will allow you access to print the gift card to give to them.
Your C.Saucy electronic gift card will never expire! Just enter the code at checkout for the amount to be applied to your cart.
We have a running list of colors organized by the greatest need. We always have new colors in the works, it just takes time to get them launched. Please be patient with us as it is our goal to eventually be able to offer your color!
Unfortunately, no one on our team was gifted with the skill of sewing. We have an amazing manufacturer that produces the products that we request of them. If we continue to get requests for certain custom products (longer skirt length option for example), we will consider adding this to our inventory.
