RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
C.Saucy gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached and no make-up, deodorant, or other liquid stains within 14 days of original purchase. In order to receive a full-refund or complete an exchange, the buyer must complete the form on our Returns page.

How do I return or exchange a purchase?
We make returns easy. Simply follow the prompts found on this form: Returns
I am unable to return my item because it is marked as “Final Sale”, but when I purchased it was not?
We have you covered! If your order qualifies for a return or exchange within our standard 14-day window, send an email to email@example.com(mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will take care of it for you!
How long does it take for me to receive a refund from a return?
You will typically see a credit to your account within 5-10 business days from the date the refund was issued. This is an approximate time and will vary depending on what bank you use.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, if an item is on sale that means it is final sale and cannot be returned. We will gladly exchange the sale item for another size (that we have in stock) in the same color.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from time of purchase unless marked “Pre-Order.” Please know that we always do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Our orders are shipped standard via First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. All domestic orders $100+ ship FREE.
I am starting a new job and need scrubs by (insert date here), can you ship them out today?
Unfortunately we can only guarantee to ship your order within the time frame that our shipping policy outlines. We do use priority shipping which will allow your order to be delivered quickly. But we ask that you adhere to our shipping policy and allow us the 2-3 business days of shipping and handling.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Once your package leaves our hands, unfortunately we no longer have control over it. We suggest you contact your local post office for further information.
Does C.Saucy ship internationally?

Can I cancel or change my order?
In most cases, because we ship out orders so quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any orders. That being said, we encourage you to reach out immediately (mailto:email@example.com) if any part of your order was incorrect or made in error. We will always do what we can to assist you.
I received a damaged or faulty item, what should I do?
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If for some reason your order was incorrect or something is missing, contact us within 3 days of receiving your items to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.
Defective or damaged items process:
Take photos of the defective or damaged items with tags on and the defective/damaged area. Email your images to firstname.lastname@example.org (mailto:email@example.com). Please indicate defective or damaged in the subject line. Also, please include your order information: First & Last name, order number, and defective/damaged product name. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you!
When is your next sale?
The best way to stay in-the-know is to sign up for our newsletter! Subscribers have early access to sales, new products and news. First time subscribers also get a coupon code to use on their next purchase.
The item I just ordered went on sale, can I get the new sale price?
Great question! We understand how easy it can be to miss end dates on a sale, but unfortunately out of fairness to all of our customers we are not able to extend sales + promotions beyond the end date or apply to past or future purchases. This means we will not be able to give sale pricing or refund shipping on items already purchased before the sale begins or after it ends. Since we all love a good sale, make sure you are the first to hear about them by subscribing to our newsletter!
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately only one coupon code at a time can be applied at checkout.
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately all ‘final sale’ items are not eligible for a refund. We will, however, be happy to exchange that sale item for a different size in the same color.
My size is sold out in the item I desire to purchase. Will you be restocking it?
Sign up to be notified once the item is back in stock! Under each product that is sold out, you can request to be sent a text message or an email once we have restocked.
Can you mail me a physical gift card rather than send it electronically?
Due to the nature of us being an online-only store, we are only able to send electronic gift cards. If you would like to purchase the gift card for someone else but have it sent to you, enter your email address instead of the recipient’s email address. This will allow you access to print the gift card to give to them.
Do gift cards expire?
Your C.Saucy electronic gift card will never expire! Just enter the code at checkout for the amount to be applied to your cart.
I need a certain color, will you come out with it?
We have a running list of colors organized by the greatest need. We always have new colors in the works, it just takes time to get them launched. Please be patient with us as it is our goal to eventually be able to offer your color!
Can you custom-make a product for me?
Unfortunately no one on our team was gifted with the skill of sewing. We have an amazing manufacturer that produces the products that we request of them. If we continue to get requests for certain custom products (longer skirt length option), we will consider adding this to our inventory.
