- All domestic orders $100+ ship FREE. You have to love that! Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
- Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from time of purchase unless marked “Pre-Order.”
- Embroidered items may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ship.
- Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of check-out. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. (Note: if you realize the error prior to your order shipping, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org).
- C.Saucy is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is returned to C.Saucy due to an invalid or incorrect address, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees before the order can be shipped to the correct address.
- You will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please refer to this email for an update on the status of your shipment. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update the most current information.
- We hope your package doesn’t ever get lost (this happens more frequently than one would think), but in the event your package goes missing during transit, we suggest you reach out to USPS or UPS to resolve any issue.
- Once your order is processed, C.Saucy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you (as much as we want to).
- The approximate shipping date for all Pre-Order items will be included below the pricing of every product. (Note: the date stated is approximate and may be subject to change at any time). If you purchase an in-stock item along with a Pre-Order item, your in-stock item will ship with your Pre-Order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.
- We do ship internationally! Woohoo! You can checkout as normal on our website. (Note: duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. Customer will be responsible for those charges). Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if one exists, for goods imported into the destination country. These fees are collected at the time of delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
